How she works
- Your photos are reviewed before the call, so the visit is spent on questions and decisions — not on describing what you look like.
- Every visit ends with a written plan in plain language: what to use, for how long, what to watch for, and when to check back.
- If your condition can't be assessed responsibly online, you'll be told so directly and pointed to the right in-person care.
