How a visit works

  1. 1

Send photos & fill the form

Upload clear photos of your concern and answer a short questionnaire about it. This first step is completely free.

  2. 2

    Free review by the doctor

Your case is reviewed personally. If it can be handled well online, you receive your booking details; if it needs an in-person exam, you're told plainly — at no charge either way.

  3. 3

Book, meet on video, get your plan

Pick a time, pay to confirm it, meet on video, and receive a written treatment plan after the visit.

What can be treated online

Most common skin, hair and nail concerns can be assessed well over video with good photos. Some conditions still need an in-person exam — if yours does, you'll be told plainly and pointed in the right direction.

  • Acne & rosacea

  • Eczema & dermatitis

  • Psoriasis

  • Mole & spot checks

  • Hair loss

  • Nail conditions

  • Fungal infections

  • Skin allergies

Sending your photos and filling in the form costs nothing. Your case is reviewed personally by Dr. Shandro — never by an algorithm — and your photos are handled as confidential medical data, stored securely and never shared.

If your case can be handled well online, you'll be invited to book one of these:

First consult

25 min

The full video visit for an approved case: your already-reviewed photos, your questions, and a written plan after.

Follow-up

15 min

Check progress on an existing treatment plan and adjust it where needed.

Second opinion

25 min

An independent review of a diagnosis or treatment you've already received elsewhere.

You'll receive everything you need — including what the consult costs — together with your booking link. Nothing is paid before your case has been reviewed and approved.

Photos first. That's the difference.

Dermatology is visual. A rushed webcam glance isn't enough — so every consult here starts with your photos, reviewed before you ever join the call. The video visit is for questions, history and the plan, not for squinting at a blurry camera.

Your photos are handled as medical data: shared privately, stored securely, and deleted on request.

Common questions

Can you prescribe medication?

Yes — where clinically appropriate, you'll receive a prescription as part of your written plan. Some medications legally require an in-person visit; if that applies to you, you'll be told during the consult.

What if my condition can't be assessed online?

In most cases you'll know before paying anything: the free photo review is exactly for this, and if your case needs an in-person exam you're told at that stage, at no cost. If it only becomes clear during the video visit itself, that visit's fee is refunded.

How do refunds and rescheduling work?

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit, directly from the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations after that are non-refundable, since the slot can no longer be offered to someone else.

Want an in-person check instead?

Some things need hands and instruments, not a camera — dermoscopy of a suspicious mole, a biopsy, full-body screening, or any procedure. For those, she sees patients at the clinic in Tirana.
